🌿 This is not a running group. It is not a high-intensity program. It is a walking community built around consistency, joy, and showing up for yourself one step at a time.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Show up at your scheduled time and walk for as long as feels right. Twenty minutes, thirty-five minutes, the full 50. Every single minute counts. There is never any pressure. Our goal is to keep showing up together and let your endurance and confidence build naturally over time.

Your Questions Answered

Is this a running or jogging group?

Not at all, and that is by design. Empower Wellness Walks is a walking program, full stop. There is no pressure and no intention to ever work up to jogging or running. Walking consistently, done well, over time, is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body and your life. You will never be encouraged to run here. Ever.

Where do I actually walk during sessions?

Wherever works best for you and that is the beauty of it. Step outside, head to a local park, use a treadmill, or march in place in your living room. Traveling? Just open Zoom from wherever you are and walk with us. Your routine does not have to stop because your location changed.

What if I cannot walk the full 50 minutes?

Show up at your scheduled time and walk for as long as feels right that day. Twenty minutes, thirty-five minutes. It all counts. We meet you where you are. There is no pressure and it is never frowned upon to do what you can. The goal is to keep showing up and let your endurance build naturally over time.

Do I need any special equipment?

None. Just a comfortable pair of walking shoes and a willingness to show up. That is truly it.

What if I miss a session?

No problem at all. Just catch the next one. We walk 6 days a week so there is always another walk to join!

What are Wellness Talks?

Walk Talks are quarterly 45 to 60 minute Zoom events exclusively for Empower Wellness Walks members. Each session features a wellness speaker sharing insights on walking, movement, and healthy living. The EWW Team facilitates and members are welcome to ask questions live. It is informative, inspiring, and completely included in your membership.

What is the Monthly Ask Me Anything?

Once a month, the Empower Wellness Walks team opens the floor to the community for a live Q and A. Bring your questions about walking, wellness, building habits, staying consistent. Anything on your mind. It is your time to get direct answers and feel supported by the team.

How does the welcome call work?

Once you join, you have the option to book a free 20-minute welcome call with a member of the Empower Wellness Walks team on Zoom. It is completely optional but a wonderful way to get settled in, ask any questions, and feel right at home before your first walk.

Do I have to talk or turn on my camera?

Cameras are always encouraged because seeing one another helps create accountability, connection, and community. Participation is flexible, and there is never any pressure to speak during the walks. Members are always welcome to use the Zoom chat feature if that feels more comfortable for them.

How do I cancel?

You can manage and cancel your membership anytime directly inside the Skool platform. Once canceled, you will retain full access through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again. No contracts. No awkward conversations.
